We are pleased to accept your referrals for the following specialties:

1. Orthodontics, both adult and children
2. Periodontics.
3. Oral surgery and IV sedation.
4. Endodontics.
5. Prosthodontics.
6. Dental Implants and Bone Reconstructive Dentistry.
7. Treatment planning.

Submit a referral - There are two ways this can be done; you can either download the following easy to use referral form, and we will contact your patient immediately to book a consultation appointment. Or you can fill out our online referral form BY clicking on the 'ONLINE REFERRAL FORM' option seen below. (This way your information shall be submitted to the practice instantly!).

Current consultation cost is £65, and patients will be quoted for any treatment recommended.
You will be informed of your patient’s progress, and they will be referred back to your care for any multi-disciplinary treatment or on completion of treatment.
